Ms. Yong Kim, age 56, of Lawrence, died on Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.
Born in Battambang, Cambodia, she was the daughter of the late Kim Ay and Nou Vouen. She worked for many years as an Assembler for Vicor Corporation in Andover. She was a very family oriented person that loved to spend time with her family and friends.
Yong is survived by two sons, Bunnala Lek and Lang Lek; two grandchildren, Easton Lang and Eli Lang: and one sister, Ho Kim. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her youngest son, Andritti Measamom. 
Relatives & friends are invited to attend visiting hours at the Diaz-Healy Funeral Home, 107 South Broadway, Lawrence on Thursday, August 1, 2024 from 4 - 7 p.m. On Friday, August 2, 2024, a service will be held at the Trairatanaram Temple, 21-25 Quigley Ave., North Chelmsford, MA at 6 p.m. On Saturday, August 3, 2024, family and friends will gather at the Trairatanaram Temple at 7:30 a.m. for a funeral procession to St. Mary/Immaculate Concepcion Cemetery, 29 Barker St., Lawrence at 8 a.m.
