William Aquino, Jr., age 38, of Lawrence, died on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at the Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston. He was the loving husband of Denise Matos.

Born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, he was the son of William Aquino, Sr. and Hilda N Capellan.

In addition to his wife and parents, William is survived by four sons, Adrian Matos, Fabian Matos, Anthony Sanchez & Ethan A. Aquino; one daughter, Darianna Sanchez; three brothers, Jhonatan Aquino, Elbis Aquino & Wagner Aquino; and one sister, Daniela Capellan. He is also survived by many close friends.

Relatives & friends are invited to attend visiting hours at the Diaz-Healy Funeral Home, 107 South Broadway, Lawrence on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 from 4 - 7 p.m. On Wednesday, September 29, 2021, William’s funeral will begin at the funeral home at 10 a.m. followed by a funeral mass at St. Patrick Church, 118 South Broadway, Lawrence at 11 a.m. Burial will take place at Bellevue Cemetery in Lawrence.
