Mr. Simon Emilio P. Garcia, age 67, of Lawrence, died on Tuesday, August 22, 2023 at his home in Lawrence.

Born in Higuey, La Altagracia, Dominican Republic, he was the son of the late Juan Garcia & Cecilia Garcia.

Simon is survived by five children, Eiby Perez & her spouse Fernando, Kelvin Garcia, Herlin Jaime & her spouse Joel, Yariel Morfa-Garcia & his spouse Sabrina, and Saimon Garcia; eight grandchildren, Jaythian, Jeyker, Elizabeth, Jadiel, Hazel, Jules, Oliver, and Kay; his former spouse and the mother of his children, Manuela Martinez.

Relatives & friends are invited to attend visiting hours at the Diaz-Healy Funeral Home, 107 South Broadway, Lawrence on Friday, August 25, 2023 from 4 - 7 p.m. At the family’s request, interment will be private.
