Santiago Bernard Hernandez

Mr. Santiago Bernard Hernandez, age 91, of Lawrence, died on Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at the Lawrence General Hospital. He was the loving husband of Juana (Tirado) Bernard.

Born in Naranjito, Puerto Rico on June 20, 1928, he was the son of the late Juan Bernard and Zoila Hernandez.

In addition to his wife, Santiago is survived by three sons, Virgilio Ribota & his wife Nelda Ribota, Santiago Bernard, Jr. and Juan Bernard; two daughters, Elba Rivera and Francis Bernard; four grandchildren, Ashanty Ribota, Jorge Ribota, Nara Bernard and Aisha Bernard. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews. Santiago was predeceased by all siblings.

Relatives & friends are invited to attend visiting hours at the Diaz-Healy Funeral Home, 107 South Broadway, Lawrence on Friday, February 28, 2020 from 8:30 - 10:30 a.m. followed by a funeral mass at St. Patrick Church, 118 South Broadway, Lawrence at 11 a.m. Interment will take place at St. Mary Cemetery in Lawrence.
