Obituary

Mr. Nestor Ramon, Jr., age 59, of Lawrence, died on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at the Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston. He was the longtime companion of Ysabel De Los Santos.

Born in New York City, New York, he was the son of the late Nestor Ramon & Hilda Esther Rivera.

In addition to his companion, Nestor is survived by five children, Teresa Ramirez, Jesus Ramirez, Nestor S. Ramirez, Rafael D. Ramon, & Hector De Los Santos; five grandchildren, Jordan Ramirez, Ysabel Ramirez, Jacob Ramirez, Sophia Syed, & Zayan Noah Syed; eight siblings, David Ramon, Lisa Ramon, Denise Ramon, Stephen Ramon, Nestor Eric Ramon, Lauren Ramon, Erin Ramon, & Timmy Ramon. He was also survived by many nieces & nephews.

Relatives & friends are invited to attend visiting hours at the Diaz-Healy Funeral Home, 107 South Broadway, Lawrence on Friday, June 23, 2023 from 4 - 7 p.m. At the family’s request, interment will be private.
