Miguel Angel Perez (Mike)

July 15, 1956 – June 8, 2025

Miguel Angel Perez (Mikey) was born in Camden, New Jersey, to Carmen Maria Torres & Virilo Perez. Mike loved St. Croix in the Virgin Islands. Mikey greatest joy was riding & raising horses behind the family home in St. Croix. It wasn’t something he enjoyed-it was where he felt free, peaceful, and most like himself. Those moments reflect who Mike was: strong, patient, and deeply connected to the life. Later, Mikey moved to Boston, where he met the love of his life, Ludim Perez. They shared more than 36 years of marriage, building a life filled with love, partnership, and devotion. The relationship was a true cornerstone of his life. Mike loved God, and helping others. Mike leaves behind his wife, Ludim Perez, two sons, Miguel & Jose, five grandsons, brother, three sisters, who will carry on his memory. He was more than a husband, brother, and father – he was someone whose presence made a difference and whose absence will be deeply felt. He will never be forgotten.

Mikey passed away peacefully on June 8, 2025 at Lawrence General Hospital with his wife, Ludim Perez by his side.

Event: Relatives & friends are invited to attend visiting hours at Diaz-Healy Funeral Home, 107 South Broadway, Lawrence, MA on Sunday, June 8, 2025 from 4 – 7 p.m. At the family’s request, interment will be private.
