Merrill A. Rouff, Jr.

Mr. Merrill A. Rouff, Jr., age 69, a lifelong resident of Andover, died on Sunday, August 10, 2025 at High Pointe Hospice House in Haverhill, surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of Francesca J. (Perreault) Rouff, with whom he shared 35 years of marriage.

Born in Lawrence, and raised in Andover, he was the son of the late Merrill A. Rouff, Sr. and Joanne (Birch) Lepine of Andover. He attended Andover Public Schools and was an Andover High School graduate. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, boating and gardening.

In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by one daughter, Katherine Waters & her husband Ian; two grandchildren, Madeline Waters and Thomas Waters; two brothers, George Rouff of Andover and Kenneth Rouff & his partner, Sue of Colorado. He was also predeceased by his son, Peter M. Rouff.

Relatives & friends are invited to attend visitation at the Diaz-Healy Funeral Home, 107 South Broadway, Lawrence on Monday, August 18, 2025 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
