Maria R. Marte Hernandez

Mrs. Maria R. Marte Hernandez, age 90, of South Berwick, Maine, died on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at the Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover, New Hampshire. She was the wife of the late Manuel Ramon Hernandez.

Born in La Vega, Dominican Republic, she was the daughter of the late Domingo Marte & Altagracia Mena.

She is survived by six children, Luz Maria Hernandez, Ramon Antonio Hernandez, Damalin Altagracia Hernandez, Jose Agustin Hernandez, Zoraida Hernandez & Ana Maria Hernandez; 14 grandchildren, Gilberto & Eiraliz De La Rosa, Carina, Eric & Eliana Hernandez, Luis Manuel Cruz, Melissa, Jose Angel & Jesus Alexander Hernandez; Emilio Manuel & Ineliz Rijo, Madeline Marcelle, Melanie Ashley & Marleen Herrera; and six great-grandchildren.

Relatives & friends are invited to attend visiting hours at the Diaz-Healy Funeral Home, 107 South Broadway, Lawrence on Sunday, November 12, 2023 from 1 - 5 p.m. Interment will take place at Cementerio Jardin Memorial in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
