Mr. Jose Velazquez, age 71, of Lawrence, died peacefully on Sunday, March 5, 2017 at the Wood Mill Center in Lawrence.
Born in Bonsai, Puerto Rico, Jose was the son of the late Segundo Velazquez and Luisa Hernandez.
He is survived by his sister, Julia Velazquez and many nieces and nephews.
