Jorge L. Infante

Mr. Jorge Luis Infante, age 53, of Lawrence, passed away on Saturday, June 26, 2021 at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, surrounded by his family. He was the loving husband of Soribel (Ascona) Infante, with whom he shared 30 years of marriage.

Born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, he was the cherished son of Rafael Infante and the late Natividad (Romero) Infante. He was a graduate of Lawrence High School and owned a successful commercial cleaning business for the past 13 years. Jorge was a extremely dedicated husband and father, who spent most of his time working or with his family. He was an amazing person that was known as the patriarch of the Infante and Ascona families.

In addition to his wife and father, Jorge is survived by 3 children, Stephany Infante, Gilliannie Infante & Melanie Infante; 8 siblings, Gerson Infante, Rafael Infante, Santiago Infante, Mary Infante, Juana Infante, Nilsa Infante Polanco, Elizabeth Infante & William Infante. He was also survived by many nieces, nephews and other close relatives.

Relatives & friends are invited to attend visiting hours at the Diaz-Healy Funeral Home, 107 South Broadway, Lawrence on Thursday, July 1, 2021 from 4 - 7 p.m. Jorge's funeral will begin at the funeral home at on Friday, July 2, 2021 at 10 a.m. followed by a funeral mass at St. Patrick Church, 118 South Broadway, Lawrence at 11 a.m. Interment will take place at Elmwood Cemetery in Bradford.
