Mr. Johnny Evangelista Perez, age 55, of Lawrence, died on Sunday, March 26, 2017 at the Lawrence General Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. 

Relatives & friends are invited to attend visiting hours at the Diaz-Healy Funeral Home, 107 South Broadway, Lawrence on Saturday, April 1, 2017 from 3 - 7 p.m. At Johnny's request, interment will take place in the Dominican Republic.
