Born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, he was the son of Roberto Garcia & Luz M. (Resto Lugo) Matos.
Relatives & friends are invited to attend visitation at the Shrine of Holy Rosario, 35 Essex St., Lawrence on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral mass at 10 a.m. Interment will take place at St. Mary Cemetery in Lawrence.
