Ismael De Jesus Rivera

Ismael “El Chaguite” Rivera, age 63, of Lawrence, Massachusetts, passed away due to a stroke on Wednesday, January 29, 2020, at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston, after a long battle with leukemia. He is survived by his wife, Aura(Marina) Bran de Rivera; his mother, Francisca Cardona de Rivera;  his brother, Antonio Rivera; his sister, Aura Rivera; his sons, Fernando Rivera, Marlon I. Rivera, Brian S. Rivera and Denise J. Rivera; his daughter, Nidia Y. Rivera; his grandchildren, Marlon I. Rivera Jr., Emjei R. Rivera and Emma B. Rivera. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and grandchildren in his native Guatemala. Relatives & friends are invited to attend visiting hours at the Diaz-Healy Funeral Home, 107 South Broadway, Lawrence on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 from 5 – 8 p.m. Ismael will be laid to rest in Guatemala. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made toward his return to Guatemala.

Ismael "El Chaguite" Rivera, 63 años, de Lawrence, Massachusetts falleció de un derrame cerebral el 29 de Enero 2020 en el Hospital Beth Israel en Boston después de una batalla contra la leucemia. Le sobreviven su esposa, Aura (Marina) Bran de Rivera, su madre Francisca Cardona de Rivera, su hermano Antonio Rivera, su hermana Aura Rivera, sus hijos Fernando Rivera, Marlon I. Rivera, Brian S. Rivera, Denise J. Rivera y su hija Nidia Y. Rivera, sus nietos Marlon I. Rivera Jr., Emjei R. Rivera y Emma B. Rivera, así como muchas otras sobrinas, sobrinos y nietos en Guatemala. Será devuelto a Guatemala para descansar después de los servicios el martes 4 de Febrero de 5:00 a 8:00 p.m. en la funeraria Díaz-Healy, 107 South Broadway, Lawrence. En lugar de flores, se pueden hacer donaciones para su regreso a Guatemala
