Gordon A. Haines, 68, passed away on Saturday June 15th at his home in Lawrence. He was the son of the late Arthur and Anne (Stravinskas) Haines.

He was a friendly outgoing person who could easily strike up a conversation with his quick wit. He enjoyed spending time with family, and loved to get a good card game of either 45s or Poker going. He was also a lifelong wrestling fan.Gordon attended Methuen schools and had previously worked in the textile industry in Lawrence alongside his brothers Earl and Frank. He is survived by his son, 4 brothers and sisters, and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

Relatives & friends are invited to attend visiting hours at the Diaz-Healy Funeral Home, 107 South Broadway, Lawrence on Wednesday, June 26th from 9-11 a.m. A graveside service will follow at the Lithuanian National Catholic Cemetery, 143 N. Lowell St., Methuen.
