Mrs. Eileen P. (Woods) Peterson, age 69, of Lawrence, passed away on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at her home. She was the wife of the late Randall “Randy” Peterson.

Born in Methuen and raised in Lawrence, she was the daughter of the late Thomas & Helen (Casey) Woods. She graduated from St. Patrick’s High School in Lawrence and previously worked for St. Augustine School in Andover as a teacher’s aide. Her favorite pastime was playing cards with her friends at the Irish Cottage.

She is survived by 4 children, Jennifer Desrosiers and husband Dana of Pelham, NH, Meghan Kelley and husband Dan of Boston, Sean Peterson and wife Brittany of Methuen, and Ryan Peterson of Berkley, CA; 5 grandchildren, Aidan, Riley, & Teagan Desrosiers, Isla & Cienna Kelley; 2 sisters, Mary Lou Lang and husband Jack of Methuen & Kathy Donohue and husband Wayne of Salem, NH. She was also survived by many other relatives.
