Darian Luis Ortiz, age 10 months, died on Sunday, December 6, 2020 at Lawrence General Hospital. 

He was the loving son of Luis Ortiz and Maria Torres.

Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, but love leaves a memory no one can steal. During his brief life, Darian lived it to the fullest. He brought joy and happiness to everyone he touched; and the special bond he shared with his father and grandpa were unmatched. A bubbly and energetic little boy, he will be greatly missed.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by two sisters, Jaslene Ortiz & Janelice Ortiz; his paternal grandparents, Angel Ortiz & Iris Ortiz; his maternal grandparents, Francisco Torres & Carmen Fonseca; his paternal aunt, Isis Ortiz; his paternal uncle, Christopher Ortiz; his maternal aunt, Rosa Acevedo; his paternal uncle, Elan Acevedo; and 8 cousins.

Relatives & friends are invited to attend visiting hours at the Diaz-Healy Funeral Home, 107 South Broadway, Lawrence, MA on Friday, December 11, 2020 from 1-4p.m. Due to COVID-19 we please request that everyone wear a mask and practice social distancing. At the family’s request, interment will be private.
