Mrs. Casey E. Spindler Tamayo, age 34, of Sanford, ME, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.
Born in Lowell, she was the daughter of Lisa Will of Sanford, ME & Timothy Spindler & his wife Deborah of N. Andover. Casey attended Sacred Heart Grammar School, Andover High School, & Northern Essex Community College. She enjoyed singing, dancing, and swimming. Casey was a very proud mother of her son, whom she loved deeply. She had a beautiful soul and attracted many friends that cared for her.
In addition to her parents and stepmother, Casey is survived by her son, Joseph E. Tamayo, Jr. of Sanford, ME & his father, Joseph E. Tamayo of Methuen; 2 brothers, Shayne Spindler of Salem, NH & T.J. Spindler of N. Andover; her grandfather, Charles H. Will & his wife Joan Curtis of York Harbor, ME. She was also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, & close friends.
Relatives & friends are invited to attend visiting hours at the Diaz-Healy Funeral Home, 107 South Broadway, Lawrence on Monday, March 21, 2022 from 4 – 7 p.m. At the family’s request, interment will be private.
