Obituary
Mrs. Ana Gabriela (Cruz) Guillen, age 96, of Lawrence, died on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Antonio Ramon Guillen.
Born in Santiago, Dominican Republic, she was the daughter of the late Mundo Vargas & Sotera Cruz.
She is survived by 14 children, Ana Victoria Guillen, Rafael Antonio Guillen, Manuel Antonio Guillen, Ramon Antonio Guillen, Reinaldo Antonio Guillen, Ana Isabel Guillen, Rosa Ana Guillen, Luis Antonio Guillen, Ana Gisela Guillen, Maria "Yohanny" Guillen, Ramon Antonio Mendez, Alberto Antonio Mendez, Susan del Carmen Guillen & Leonardo Guillen. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband & parents, she was predeceased by two children, Ana Mercedes Guillen & Vigilio Antonio Guillen.
Relatives & friends are invited to attend visiting hours at the Diaz-Healy Funeral Home, 107 South Broadway, Lawrence on Friday, May 19, 2023 from 4 - 7 p.m. On Saturday, May 20, 2023, her funeral will begin at the funeral home at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral mass at St. Mary of the Assumption Church, 300 Hampshire St., Lawrence at 10 a.m. Interment will take place at Bellevue Cemetery in Lawrence.
