Mrs. Altagracia Albania (Matos Tejeda) Fernandez, age 33, died on Monday, April 10, 2017 at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, after sustaining injuries from an accident. 

Relatives & friends are invited to attend visiting hours at the Diaz-Healy Funeral Home, 107 South Broadway, Lawrence on Friday, April 14, 2017 from 5 - 8 p.m. Burial will take place at Cementerio Municipal in San Jose de Ocoa, Dominican Republic.
