Methuen – Colleen C. Curtis, 50, formerly of Lawrence, passed away August 15, 2013 at Holy Family Hospital.

She was born at the former Bon Secours Hospital on November 18, 1962 to the late Joseph and Mrs. Carol (Swarbrick) Cormier of Stoughton, Virginia.

Colleen was raised and educated in Andover and was a graduate of Greater Lawrence High School.

Prior to her decline in health she was employed as an electronics inspector and provided childcare for some time.  

Ms. Curtis was a social person who made friends easily; her generosity and sense of humor will always be remembered.

In addition to her loving mother family members include, one son Jarrod J. Curtis and his wife Kristen of Methuen; one grandson, Cayson; one daughter, Tara Marie Curtis of Salem, NH; one brother, Joey Cormier; one sister, Maryann; several nieces and nephews.
